I was supposed to release this chapter two days ago but my laptop got in the way. It's probably a good thing since I re-checked the chapter and I fixed a few things which I'd have v2ed the chapter if i did release it 2 days ago. still, not proofread. read at your own risk. Chapter 18 will be ready soon I only need to clean and typeset.Announcement:
I have some important news regarding Ad Astra. I'm really sad to announce that we're dropping it. BUT... the good side of the news is that another group is going to resume it - and I can't say the group's name now since they haven't announce picking it up yet. I will (and will also state a few details of how and why our dropping it came to be in a future post) after they announce it officially on their website.
